Picture yourself in line at the grocery store, calmly waiting to check out. Imagine being pregnant and trying to stay balanced while standing. That was the scenario for Karol, a determined woman who was eager to finish her shopping trip.
Out of the blue, a hefty man ran into her cart, causing her to nearly fall. In a rather unpleasant manner, he arrogantly said, «Get away, I’m in a hurry.» This angered Karol’s husband, who was prepared to confront the rude man. However, rather than engaging in a heated debate, Karol had a different approach.
«Wait and watch,» she whispered to her husband, a mischievous glint in her eyes.
They watched as the man arrogantly paid for his items and boldly headed towards the exit. Unbeknownst to him, karma was about to come knocking. Just as he was about to leave, an alarm abruptly went off, piercing the store with its loud noise. Suddenly, two guards appeared and promptly escorted the ill-mannered individual away.
Karol burst into laughter, leaving her husband confused. He asked about her ability to foresee the things. In a playful manner, Karol admitted, «As he was being impolite, I managed to sneak a small surprise into his pocket — a goodbye gift with a security tag.»
Her husband was completely taken aback, his mouth hanging open in disbelief. Before long, he discovered himself sharing laughter with his incredible spouse. At that very moment, he couldn’t help but feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude for having her in his life.
