Sure, it was covered in rust, but using an electric drill with a wire-brush attachment took most of it off. Next, Stacey primed and painted the cart and created a herringbone pattern with a ruler.
To finish it off, Stacey styled the cart with a bowl of citrus, fresh flowers, and a tray to organize her glasses.
