Belly Fat Burning Rice and Egg Delight

One of the best things about this dish is how easy it is to make a tasty and nutritious dinner with just a few basic ingredients. This meal is both filling and aids in the rapid burning of belly fat; it was inspired by my mother’s experience, in which she ate it daily and lost 30 kg in only one month. A healthy and filling weight reduction alternative, it has rice, eggs, veggies, and yogurt.

What You Need:
For use in sautéing, olive oil
about one cup of rice
2 mugs of steaming water
four eggs
With salt, season to taste.
yoghurt, measured in teaspoons
200 grammes of diced tomatoes, green onions, parsley, and minced garlic
half a spoonful of maize

Instructions

The Rice Must Be Prepared

Fry the Rice: In a skillet over medium heat, warm a few drops of olive oil. Sauté the rice for three to four minutes, or until it begins to develop a hint of golden color.
Bring to a boil, then add 2 cups of boiling water and cook. Turn the heat down to low, cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the rice is cooked through and the water has been absorbed.
Making the Egg Combination
The eggs should be beaten in a big basin with a pinch of salt until well mixed.
Yogurt Addition: Thoroughly combine the beaten eggs with three tablespoons of yogurt.
Add Tomatoes: Gently fold in the finely chopped tomatoes, making sure they are distributed equally.
Toss in the chopped parsley, minced garlic, and green onion, and then add the herbs and vegetables.
Toss in the Flour: With the mixture whisked constantly to prevent lumps, add 2 tablespoons of flour gradually.
Preparing the Meal
Add Cooked Rice: After the rice is done cooking, mix it well with the egg and veggie combination.
To sauté the mixture, return it to the same pan and add more olive oil if necessary.
