Bars for Energy Made at Home

Soak the fruit:

Put 1 cup of dates and 1/2 cup of dried apricots in hot water for 10 minutes to make them soft.

Relax:

Put the tray in the refrigerator or freezer for around 30 minutes to make the mixture firmer.

Make into rectangular pieces:

Once the mixture is solid, take it out of the refrigerator or freezer.

Cut into small squares or bite-sized chunks.

Shop:

Keep the energy bars in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
