- Add Dry Ingredients:
- In the same bowl, add oat flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg (if using). Stir until the dry ingredients are fully incorporated into the wet mixture.
- Fold in Nuts or Chocolate Chips:
- If desired, fold in chopped nuts or chocolate chips into the batter for added texture and flavor.
- Transfer to Loaf Pan:
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool:
- Allow the Vegan Banana Bread to cool in the pan for about 15 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Slice and Serve:
- Once cooled, slice the banana bread into even slices and serve. Enjoy it on its own or with a smear of vegan butter.
