BANANA BREAD WITH OAT FLOUR

  1. Add Dry Ingredients:
    • In the same bowl, add oat flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg (if using). Stir until the dry ingredients are fully incorporated into the wet mixture.
  2. Fold in Nuts or Chocolate Chips:
    • If desired, fold in chopped nuts or chocolate chips into the batter for added texture and flavor.
  3. Transfer to Loaf Pan:
    • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
  4. Bake:
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
  5. Cool:
    • Allow the Vegan Banana Bread to cool in the pan for about 15 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  6. Slice and Serve:
    • Once cooled, slice the banana bread into even slices and serve. Enjoy it on its own or with a smear of vegan butter.
