List of ingredients:

2 servings of red lentils (350 grams)

3 huevos

1 serving of yogurt (180 grams)

1/2 cup of olive oil (90 ml)

10 grams of baking powder

Cheese, cut into pieces (as much as you want)

Finely chopped parsley

Chopped fresh dill

Black cumin or sesame seeds (to sprinkle on top)

Spicy pepper, as desired.

Powdered red bell pepper, as much as you like.

Add salt as desired.
