Bacon and cheese

Ingredients:
12 large jalapeño peppers
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

12 slices of bacon, cut in half
Toothpicks
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare Jalapeños:
Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes. Use a spoon or knife for this step. Wear gloves to protect your hands from the jalapeño oils.
Prepare Filling:
In a bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika until well combined.
Fill Jalapeños:
Stuff each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture.
Wrap with Bacon:
Wrap each cream cheese-filled jalapeño half with a half-slice of bacon, securing it with a toothpick.
