Apple Tian

Ingredients
6 apples (boskoop variety)
2 eggs
20 cl Light fluid cream
50 g Butter
1 sachet Vanilla sugar
1 tbsp. tbsp Brown sugar
2 tbsp. tablespoon liquid honey
3 tbsp. tbsp Almond powder
1 tbsp. tbsp. flaked almonds
Preparation steps
Peel the apples, split them in two, remove the cores and seeds. Cut the fruit halves into thick slices. In a large frying pan, heat 20 g of butter and let the apple slices brown quickly over a high heat.
