AIR FRYER TERIYAKI CHICKEN

Instructions:
1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C) for 5 minutes.
2. Dice the chicken thighs into 1-1.5 inch (2.54-3.8cm) chunks.
3. In a large ziplock bag, combine the chicken, salt, garlic powder, and starch. Seal the bag and shake it to evenly coat the chicken pieces.
4. Spray the air fryer basket with avocado oil and place the coated chicken in a single layer, leaving space between each piece. Spray a bit more oil on top of the chicken.
5. Air fry for 8 minutes on the first side, then open the basket, shake the chicken, spray with more oil, and cook for another 2 to 4 minutes.
6. While the chicken cooks, prepare the teriyaki sauce and set it aside to cool to room temperature.
7. Once the chicken is cooked, transfer it to a large serving plate. Toss with the teriyaki sauce until evenly coated.
8. Garnish the teriyaki chicken with diced spring onions and toasted white sesame seeds. Serve hot and enjoy!
