Salt and pepper to taste
4 large flour tortillas

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, sour cream, salsa, cilantro, green onions, ground cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface. Evenly spread the chicken mixture over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Starting from one edge, roll up each tortilla tightly into a log shape.
Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
Remove from the refrigerator and slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels.
Arrange on a serving platter and enjoy.

Variations & Tips
For a spicier kick, add a chopped jalapeno or a dash of hot sauce to the chicken mixture. If you prefer a vegetarian option, substitute the chicken with black beans or roasted vegetables. Feel free to experiment with different cheeses like pepper jack or Monterrey Jack for a different flavor profile. And for a touch of crunch, consider adding some finely chopped bell peppers or a handful of crushed tortilla chips to the filling.
