A new way of making ribs, the result is incredible

  1. Marinate Ribs:

    • Place ribs in a bowl and pour milk over them.
    • Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. Cook Ribs:

    • Transfer ribs to a pot, cover with water, and boil for 1.5 hours.
  3. Prepare Vegetables:

    • Chop onions, carrots, and potatoes into medium pieces.
  4. Combine Ingredients:

    • Remove ribs from pot and place in a baking dish.
    • Season ribs with 1 tsp salt, black pepper, paprika, and chimichurri.
    • Add vegetables to baking dish.
    • In the rib pot, mix tomato paste and 1 tsp salt.
    • Pour broth over ribs and vegetables.
  5. Bake:

    • Preheat oven to 356°F (180°C).
    • Bake for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  6. Serve:

    • Let dish rest for a few minutes before serving hot .
