A delicious homemade dessert recipe in 15 minutes for everyone!

For the Topping:

Ingredient Quantity
Banana, sliced 1
Strawberries, sliced 100 g
Chocolate, melted 100 g
Warm cream Some

Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Chocolate Cake: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a cake pan. Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Gradually add dry ingredients to the egg mixture, folding until combined. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool completely.
    2. Prepare the Cream Filling: Whip whipping cream until soft peaks form. In another bowl, combine condensed milk, ricotta cheese, and lemon juice. Gently fold whipped cream into the ricotta mixture.
    1. Assemble the Dessert: Slice the cake, spread cream filling on the bottom layer. If using two layers, place the second layer on top and spread more cream. Add sliced banana and strawberries.
  1. Prepare the Chocolate Topping: Melt chocolate and stir in warm cream to create a smooth, pourable sauce. Drizzle chocolate sauce over the assembled cake.
  2. Chill and Serve: Place the cake in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Serve chilled. Enjoy!
