1 and 1/2 cups of light-colored sugar
1.5 quarts of boiling water
How to Follow
Set the oven temperature to 350°F, or 175°C. Just enough time in the oven will melt the butter in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
2. Combine the flour, salt, baking powder, granulated sugar, and a medium bowl; whisk to combine. To get a smooth batter, slowly add the milk and vanilla essence while mixing.
