This Creamy Bacon Chicken is a rich and flavorful dish that combines crispy bacon, tender chicken, and a luscious cream sauce. It’s a simple yet satisfying meal that’s perfect for a weeknight dinner or a special occasion.

Ingredients:

6 strips

Chicken breasts

Flour
For dredging

Garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon

Pepper

Chicken broth
1/2 cup

Lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon

Butter
1 tablespoon

Heavy cream
1 cup

Instructions:

  1. Cook Bacon: Cut bacon into small pieces. Cook in a large skillet until crispy. Remove bacon, leaving grease in pan.
  2. Prepare Chicken: Cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise. Season with garlic powder and pepper. Dredge in flour. Cook chicken in bacon grease until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken.
  3. Make Sauce: Add chicken broth and lemon juice to skillet, scraping up browned bits. Reduce liquid by half. Stir in butter.
  4. Add Cream: Reduce heat. Pour in heavy cream, stirring until smooth and creamy. Return bacon to skillet.
  5. Combine and Serve: Return chicken to skillet, coating with sauce. Simmer until heated through. Serve hot, garnished as desired.
