  1. Prepare the Eggs: In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them together with a pinch of salt until well combined.
  2. Cook the Hot Dogs: Heat a bit of butter in a non-stick skillet over low heat. Add the chopped hot dogs and sauté until they are nicely heated through and slightly browned.
  3. Make the Omelette: Pour the egg mixture into the skillet over the hot dogs. Cook gently, allowing the eggs to set around the edges. Use a spatula to gently push cooked edges toward the center, letting uncooked eggs flow to the edge.
