Ingredients:

For the Milk & Fruit Layer:

500 ml milk

30 grams sugar

7 grams Agar-Agar powder

Fruits (sliced):

Strawberries

Oranges

Kiwis

Bananas

For the Chocolate Coating:

500 ml milk

80 grams sugar

7 grams Agar-Agar powder

15 grams cocoa powder

130 grams dark chocolate, chopped

Equipment:

Baking pan (for milk & fruit layer): 18×7×6 cm

Baking pan (for chocolate coating): 20×9×7 cm
