Menu 1

  • Instructions: Rub the chicken with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Roast in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 1.5 hours or until fully cooked.

  • Ingredients: Carrots, potatoes, bell peppers, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
