Cherry Tomato and Shrimp Tartare Verrines with Lemon Whipped Cream

An ultra-easy and quick recipe! A fresh and colorful verrine, served with a lemony whipped cream for a touch of originality. Perfect for summer appetizers.

Tartare de tomates et crevettes en verrine
Ingredients (for 12 small verrines)

  • 60ml olive oil
  • 15ml balsamic vinegar (or a bit more to taste)
  • 2 tbsp chopped basil
  • About 20 cherry tomatoes (red and yellow for aesthetics)
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1/4 cucumber (optional)
  • 100g small shrimp
  • Salt and pepper
