STEWED ORANGE PIE

Ingredients
650 g of sugar
3 tbsp. flour (soup)

1 c. (dessert) baking powder
Zest and juice of 2 oranges

9 eggs
Butter for greasing

Sugar to sprinkle
1 orange and cherries in syrup to decorate
Preparation
1. In a bowl, mix the sugar with the flour and baking powder. Add the orange zest and juice and stir well with a wire stick. Finally, add the eggs and mix a little more.

2. Grease a tray with butter and sprinkle it with sugar. Place the dough inside and bake at 195º C for 25 minutes.

3. Once cooked, turn out onto baking paper sprinkled with sugar and then roll into a pie shape.

4. Leave to cool and then decorate as desired with orange slices and cherries in syrup. Serve cut into slices.
