Vegetarian Beef Soup

Soup isn’t just for the chilly days. This soup is the perfect way to use up all those summer veggies and those tender chunks of beef add such a delicious flavor. A hearty soup that’s sure to satisfy, and you’ll love the left overs!

Ingredients:

1/2 tbsp canola oil

3-4 pounds chuck roasting

7-8 Cups Low Sodium Beef Broth

1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black

Pepper to taste

2 laurel leaves

1 Medium Chopped Onion

2 ribs chopped celery

2 peeled and chopped islands

2 garlic cloves

1 tsp dried parsley

1/2 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp marjoram

/4 tsp dried thyme leaves

1/4 tsp dried basil

2 medium potatoes(cubes)

1/4 pounds green beans

1 can small tomato cubes

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
