Heavenly Turkish Manti Recipe 😍

Very delicious!
Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 teacup of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of water
  • 1/2 tablespoon of salt

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, beat the egg.

2. Add the oil, yogurt, water, and salt to the bowl and mix well.

3. Gradually add flour to the mixture until you get a soft dough.

4. Knead the dough well and let it rest for about 30 minutes.

5. Roll out the dough thinly on a floured surface and cut it into small squares.

6. Place a small amount of filling (such as seasoned ground meat) in the center of each square and fold the edges to form a small dumpling.

7. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the manti until they float to the surface.

8. Serve the manti with a sauce made from yogurt, garlic, and melted butter, and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
