The Lentil Bread Recipe
Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of lentils
  • 700ml of water
  • 100ml of pure water
  • 30ml olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice flour
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 5 grams of baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons of psyllium
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Vegetable oil (for greasing)
  • A handful of sunflower seeds
  • A handful of sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Begin by soaking 250 grams of lentils in 700ml of water for 8 hours. This allows the lentils to swell and remove excess water.
  2. After soaking, add an additional 100ml of pure water and grind the lentils with a blender until you achieve a smooth consistency.
  3. Gradually add 30ml of olive oil while continuing to blend.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of rice flour, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, 1 tablespoon of ground coriander, 5 grams of baking powder, and 2 tablespoons of psyllium. Mix the dry ingredients thoroughly.
